Here is little Jackson mid slumber, with a slight smile on his face. This always cracks us up. We know he isn't actually smiling, yet, but he certainly seems happy. Maybe it is because his grandparents have been spoiling him rotten. Actually, they have been spoiling all 3 of us rotten. We are so thankful!

I am so happy for your new little family. Jackson is beautiful and I know of one aunt that can't wait to get her hands on him!!!! Looks like you are all doing well and hope you are getting some much needed sleep. We are sending our love form Overland Park,

ReplyDeleteYou’re going to learn a lot on your own, but I thought I’d give you a head start with some quick tidbits of wisdom:
-Don’t let your dad negotiate with the electric company. He will only end up paying more.
-While your dad may have a serious allergy to bee stings, hiding his Epi pen can make for a really fun game.
-Your dad can remove the empty paper towel roll above the sink and replace it with a new one – entirely with his feet. As much as he tries to tell you differently, this skill will not impress the ladies.
I have equally good tips about your mom, but that woman is deadly accurate with her pepper spray, so I’ll keep those tips to myself.

Oh, to hold that sweet little peanut! The amazing thing to me is how much fun James and Meredi are having being parents! They both seem so natural in their roles and Jackson is one blessed baby to have all that love surrounding him!
